A few days ago, Qingyuan County, Zhejiang Province, successfully passed the provincial-level export pencil quality and safety demonstration zone organized by the Zhejiang Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, and became the first export pencil quality and safety demonstration zone in the country. Since the beginning of this year, Lishui Inspection and Quarantine Bureau and Qingyuan County Government signed the 'Memorandum of Cooperation in Promoting Qingyuan Export Pencil Quality and Safety Demonstration Zone'. Recently, Qingyuan County, Zhejiang Province has successfully passed the provincial export organized by Zhejiang Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. The quality and safety demonstration zone for pencils made the inspection and acceptance of cheap stationery on-site and became the country's first demonstration zone for the quality and safety of exported pencils. Since the beginning of this year, Lishui Inspection and Quarantine Bureau and Qingyuan County Government signed the 'Memorandum of Cooperation in Promoting Qingyuan Export Pencil Quality and Safety Demonstration Zone'. The support of low-cost stationery has helped the demonstration zone establish and improve the public service system, and promote the healthy and rapid development of the export pencil industry. From January to November, the direct export value of the pencil industry in Qingyuan County was 25.52 million U.S. dollars, an increase of 28% year-on-year, accounting for 15% of the country's total exports. In the past two years, there have been no export returns, foreign notifications or other accidents related to product quality responsibility. In the next step, the Lishui Bureau will be more proactive in docking with the Qingyuan County government. Cheap stationery will actively explore the quality and safety coordination and supervision mechanism for exported products outside the catalog, establish and improve the quality integrity and reward mechanism of the demonstration zone, carry out the selection of demonstration enterprises, and further expand the demonstration Effect, promote the healthy development of the entire industry, and lay a solid foundation for striving for a national-level export pencil quality and safety demonstration zone.
