Extra-reinforced construction method of polyethylene adhesive tape
The variety, thickness, width and construction winding method of polyethylene adhesive tape in the special reinforced anti-corrosion, reinforced anti-corrosion and ordinary anti-corrosion are mainly based on the polyethylene in the national industry standard SY/T0414-98 The anti-corrosion grade of the adhesive tape is divided into ordinary grade, strengthened grade and special strengthened grade to implement. When the anti-corrosion grade of the polyethylene adhesive tape is reinforced or extra-reinforced, the standard stipulates that the inner belt (anti-corrosion belt) and the outer belt (protective belt) should be used at the same time. And the inner belt and the outer belt are wound when they are wound. There should be 50-55% overlap (that is, one-time winding to form an anti-corrosion layer twice the thickness of the tape).
If the total design thickness of the anti-corrosion layer of a certain project is 1.4mm or more, and the anti-corrosion level is reinforced anti-corrosion, the adhesive tape with a thickness of 1.4mmX1/4 should be used, and the inner and outer belts with a thickness of 0.4mm should be used ( Because the allowable tolerance of the standard thickness of the tape is ±5 %) According to the specified winding method, the design requirement that the total thickness of the anti-corrosion layer is greater than 1.4mm (inner tape 0.4mmx2 + outer tape 0.4mmx2u003d1.6mm) can be achieved. That is to say, the thickness of the tape should be close to a quarter of the total thickness of the anti-corrosion layer required by the design. Because the inner belt and the outer belt are wound with 50% overlap each, it is equivalent to a total of four layers of adhesive tape.
If the design requires the anti-corrosion grade to be enhanced anti-corrosion, but it is not stipulated that the inner belt and the outer belt should be used to form the anti-corrosion layer. For steel pipes with a minimum thickness of reinforced anti-corrosion layer whose total thickness is greater than or equal to 1.4mm and smaller pipe diameters, an anti-corrosion inner tape with a thickness of 0.8mm can be selected, and the designed anti-corrosion can be achieved by winding with 50% overlap once. Total layer thickness requirements (0.8mm x 2 u003d 1.6mm).
By analogy, if the total design thickness of the anti-corrosion layer of a project is greater than or equal to 2.1mm, the anti-corrosion level is enhanced anti-corrosion, and the inner and outer belts are required to form an anti-corrosion layer. The inner belt with a thickness of 0.5mm and an outer belt with a thickness of 0.55mm should be selected, and each is wound with 50% overlap, so that the total thickness of the anti-corrosion layer is greater than or equal to 2.1mm (inner belt 0.5mm x 2 + outer belt 0.55mm x 2 u003d 2.1mm) design requirements.
While the total thickness of the anti-corrosion layer of the ordinary grade anti-corrosion polyethylene tape is greater than or equal to 0.7mm, this anti-corrosion grade is generally only applied in smaller projects with small steel pipe diameters and good soil environmental conditions.
General polyethylene adhesive tape production plants have various thicknesses of inner and outer tapes, which can meet the requirements of the total thickness of various reinforced anti-corrosion. Just tell the manufacturer the anti-corrosion grade and the total thickness of the anti-corrosion layer you need, and the appropriate inner and outer belts and thicknesses will be selected for you. If you tell the diameter and length of the steel pipe, you can calculate the required variety for you at the same time. Width specification and number of tapes.
